He specializes in research on qualitative economic theory and economic policy in the context of their historical impact and the differing economic and political developments of individual European countries from the 19th century to the present. At the same time, he seeks to establish multidisciplinary connections between economic history, philosophy, and the theory of economic time preferences.

Methodologically, he focuses on qualitative research approaches, particularly content-based narrative analysis combined with diagrammatic and functionalist schemas and heuristic methods.

In 2020, he successfully completed his master’s degree in Political Science at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. For two following years he worked as a ministerial advisor at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, from where he moved in 2022 to pursue a Ph.D. in Economic Development and Economic Policies in the 20th and 21st Centuries at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Prague. Since 2026, he is employed as an assistant professor in the Department of Philosophy and the Department of Economic History.
